I recently had Basement Waterproofing of Rhode Island complete a drainage project at my home, and overall, they did an excellent job. The crew was incredibly professional, neat, and organized throughout the entire process. Every day, they left the work area tidy, and at the end of the job, they made sure to thoroughly clean the entire space, which I really appreciated. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a miscommunication from the job manager, who didn’t clearly specify which walls needed work. As a result, the crew initially dug a drain along the wrong wall. Fortunately, it was on the unfinished side of the basement, and the crew quickly corrected the mistake without any further issues. Overall, I’m happy with the quality of their work, and I would recommend them to others looking for basement waterproofing solutions.

The work was very clean and efficient. I was away on business and the crew explained everything to my wife who felt confident in the system.

No complaints as of now, job was completed cleaned up areas very professional workers. Now we wait for 🌧. I will post again after, and hopefully, cellar will stay dry.

Mohammed and his team were fantastic. Since the flood of 2010 the basement experienced water with heavy rains; enough so that I refused to deal with it any longer. Mohammed showed up the day I called (in between his current jobs) and we booked a time to start the project. I liked how he responded immediately to my frustration. Its dirty work but they minimized it the best they could. I'm happy to say I have no hint of water in the basement and I trust this will last for the life of this home. Thank you!

Muhammad and team did a great job repairing my foundation crack. No leaks after two hours of continuous water testing. They showed up when they said they would, were friendly, very professional and knowledgeable about how to fix my basement leak. They were on site for two days and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them if you need a foundation crack repaired the right way with a warranty and a smile.

These guys did a great job installing our French drain and sump system at our house. Good communication, easy payment portal and invoicing, and prompt service. Their crew was respectful, professional, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves which is important as a homeowner! They also had comparative rates when compared to other basement contractors. Definitely recommend.

Jim and his crew were so nice to have at the house when we needed a new sump pump installation.
